Overview

Wealth Holdings provides a secure register for recording your significant financial holdings, including property, pensions, shares, savings accounts, businesses and other high-value assets. Each entry captures the detail your estate will need to locate, manage and transfer these holdings effectively.

You can choose to share individual entries with trusted contacts now, giving them visibility of your wealth holdings through their Trusted Access view. A master sharing toggle on the list screen controls whether any sharing is active at all.

All details are safeguarded with advanced encryption and row-level security, ensuring privacy and access solely for you or those you authorise.

When the toggle is on, every item you have shared is visible to the contacts you chose. When it is off, nothing is shared with anyone, even if individual items still have contacts set.

Your per-item sharing choices are always preserved, so you can switch everything back on at any time without setting it all up again.

There is no limit to the number of holdings you can add. Keeping estimated values up to date gives your estate a more accurate picture for probate and administration. For jointly owned assets, include the ownership structure clearly so your executor understands the legal position from the outset.
