Overview

The Guardian Service monitors your account activity according to the check-in frequency you choose. If no login or meaningful update occurs within your set period, the system sends a series of gentle reminders by email, SMS, and automated call.

Should these go unanswered, it notifies your nominated contacts, reminding them to check in on you. All communications remain discreet, secure, and fully under your control.

The service helps bridge unexpected gaps in contact, ensuring your arrangements reach the right people without delay.

The default thresholds below are fully adjustable in the Configure screen. Each day value is the number of days of inactivity that triggers the corresponding action.

Within Guardian Service you will also find a Vulnerability option, a private and permanent record for moments when you feel pressured. If you ever feel you are being coerced or pushed into making changes to your estate plans, you can quietly record your concern here.

You can write a note describing what is happening and who is involved, or simply press the button to record that you raised a concern at this moment, with no note at all.

For your safety, nothing recorded here is ever shown in the app again, to you or to anyone else. It cannot be viewed, edited, or deleted. It is stored securely and revealed only to your Digital Executors at handover, after you have passed. This means a concern can be logged discreetly, even if someone is watching, without leaving anything visible on screen.

We primarily check for an active log in to the account, but we also look for meaningful interaction, such as browsing a feature, adding a contact or list item. For instance, if you set the first threshold to 30 days but we see you have been logged in for an extended period without any account activity, this will still trigger the Guardian to take action.

The Inheritable Concierge serves as your dedicated final nominated contact within the Guardian Service. If prolonged inactivity triggers after initial reminders, our professional team will reach out personally by email, phone, and message to verify your well-being. It provides peace of mind, knowing a caring human touch is there as the last safeguard in your plan. We hope you never need us, but we are here if you do.

Inactivity Thresholds. Adjust the number of days for each of the four trigger points to suit your lifestyle. For example, if you travel frequently, you may prefer longer intervals.

Nominated Contacts. Select the contacts from your account who should be alerted if your final inactivity threshold is reached. These are the people who will be asked to check in on you.

Inheritable Concierge. Optionally include the Inheritable Concierge as your dedicated final contact. If prolonged inactivity triggers, our professional team will reach out personally by email, phone, and message to verify your well-being.
